Each service includes a scheduled attic check and exterior-station service, with clear evidence from each visit—not vague assurances. What the service includes
A check of both the home and the pressure around it.
DETEX with LumiTrack
DETEX BLOX with LumiTrack is a non-toxic monitoring block. It helps us evaluate activity and, under UV light, identify evidence of rodent travel routes. It is not rodenticide.
Bell iQ exterior station check
We inspect the locked, tamper-resistant exterior stations and synchronize their time-stamped activity records as part of the scheduled service visit.

Know what the exterior stations recorded.
What does the report show?
After the station data is synchronized, your report identifies which station recorded activity and the dates and times of those activity events since the prior service visit.
Does an activity event equal one individual rodent?
No. An event indicates recorded station activity. It does not establish a count of individual animals.
Does monitoring replace exclusion?
No. Structural exclusion remains the foundation of lasting rodent protection. Monitoring helps us check for new pressure and make evidence-based follow-up decisions.
Is the program right for every home?
