Non-toxic UV tracking and monitored devices
DETEX BLOX with LumiTrack
When exterior monitoring is appropriate, we secure non-toxic DETEX BLOX with LumiTrack in locked, tamper-resistant stations. LumiTrack can make rodent droppings visible under UV light, helping identify travel routes and likely harborage. That evidence helps us refine exclusion and trapping decisions. It is not poison and does not prove all activity has stopped.
Trapmate monitoring
Skyhawk Trapmate hubs and sensors report activity from deployed devices, helping us prioritize the next visit. Together with non-toxic tracking, that gives us better field information before rodenticide is considered.
Bell iQ exterior monitoring
Eligible ongoing plans include Bell iQ exterior stations that record time-stamped rodent-activity events. At each scheduled service visit, we sync the data and send a report showing which stations recorded activity, when it occurred, and the number of activity events since the prior visit. This is station activity data—not a count of individual rodents.

Yes. Exclusion is the most effective rodent-control solution because it closes the entry points that allow the problem to continue. We pair durable exclusion with targeted trapping or removal when needed to clear active rodents already inside.
Do you use bait stations?
When appropriate, we may use locked non-toxic monitoring stations outdoors. They do not contain rodenticide, and we explain their role in the written scope. If rodenticide is warranted in a rare, extreme case, we discuss it with you before use.
Do you offer ongoing protection after the initial work?
Yes. After exclusion and removal, eligible homes can choose continued monitoring with exterior Bell iQ stations, DETEX tracking, and scheduled home inspections. We send the Bell iQ station data after each service visit so you can see where activity occurred, when it occurred, and how many activity events were recorded since the prior visit.
