Rodent Control Without Poison

Most homes can be resolved with exclusion, trapping, and monitoring—not rodenticide. In rare, extreme cases where rodenticide is warranted, we discuss it with you before use.

If the rodents come back, so do we. Start My Inspection See How It Works
Long-Term Protection Get rodents out and keep the home protected for years.
Monitored Removal Real device activity guides removal and field follow-up.

Why Peaceful Home?

Clear findings

We show you what we found, where it matters, and what the proposed work is intended to address.

Exclusion first

Most homes can be resolved with exclusion, targeted trapping, and monitoring—not rodenticide.

Durable work

After exclusion and removal, eligible homes can continue with documented monitoring that helps identify exterior pressure before it becomes an indoor problem.

Evidence, not guesswork

Exterior data you can see

Eligible monitoring plans include Bell iQ exterior stations alongside non-toxic DETEX BLOX with LumiTrack in locked, tamper-resistant stations. Bell iQ records time-stamped rodent-activity events; LumiTrack helps identify travel routes under UV light. Together, that evidence helps us refine exclusion and trapping decisions before rodenticide is considered.

Why Start Without Poison?

Bell iQ exterior monitoring

Know what is happening outside your home.

On eligible ongoing monitoring plans, Bell iQ exterior stations collect time-stamped activity events. At each scheduled service visit, we sync the station data and send you a report showing the station, timing, and number of activity events since the prior visit. Those events indicate station activity—not a count of individual animals.

Rodent Control questions

What do you use instead of poison?

We start with a full inspection, durable exclusion, targeted trapping, DETEX with LumiTrack, and monitored follow-up. Most homes can be resolved with exclusion, trapping, and monitoring—not rodenticide. In rare, extreme cases where rodenticide is warranted, we discuss it with you before use.

What does remote monitoring do?

Trapmate monitoring reports activity from deployed devices so we can prioritize the next visit. Alerts guide timing; final clearance follows an in-person inspection and verification.

What does ongoing monitoring include?

Eligible homes can continue with Bell iQ exterior monitoring stations. At each scheduled service visit, we sync the station data and send a report showing which stations recorded activity, when it occurred, and the number of activity events since the prior visit. The count reflects station activity—not individual animals.
